Your Responsibilities

As an operations technician, you will have a varied workday where you play an important role in the entire production process. You will be involved from start to finish: monitoring the facility from the control room, conducting rounds, lab testing products, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. When problems arise, you act quickly to troubleshoot and resolve them while also taking preventive measures to keep production in top shape.

You will be a key person in production, expected to be present, engaged, and contribute with decisiveness, curiosity, and a positive attitude to create a workplace characterized by sustainability, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

The position is full-time and follows a 6-shift schedule, starting immediately.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is driven by being part of a larger context and wants to contribute to a sustainable industry. You enjoy working closely with production and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Experience from industrial settings or process work is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to develop.

To quickly adapt to the role, it is advantageous if you have a technical education or experience in the industry, but again, your attitude and engagement are crucial. Having a forklift license A & B or other relevant experience is a plus!
